The historical tobacco warehouse,
which is placed in the town of the center,
is only 20 meters from Kavala’s
port. The year of construction of the warehouse is at the age of 1910 and it is
consisting of ground floor, three floors in the facade, basement and roof.
The external dimensions of the building are 25,53 x 28,20 while the net area of
each floor is 670 sq.m. and the total usable area is 3,350 sq.m .. In the basement
